We are a community-rooted initiative offering authentic, locally guided experiences in the coastal village of El Paredón, Guatemala. Our tours go beyond sightseeing—they’re about connection: to nature, to culture, and to the people who call this place home.

Every adventure we offer—whether you're fishing at sunrise, exploring mangroves, cooking traditional Guatemalan dishes, or learning about sea turtles—helps support the local economy. A portion of every booking goes directly to the village’s secondary school, responding to their most urgent needs.

Our team is made up of reliable, passionate local guides who share not only their knowledge but also their heart. We believe that tourism should benefit everyone, and that meaningful travel starts with real human connection.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the tour start time will be charged 50% of the booking value.

How do I book a tour?

Bookings are made via direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp. This allows us to check guide availability and confirm all the details personally.

Can I book in advance?

Yes, you can contact us ahead of time! Just keep in mind that we always reconfirm the tour the day before, as many experiences depend on weather conditions.

How can I pay?

You can pay in cash upon arrival, by card (with a 3% service fee), or via local bank transfer for Guatemalan accounts. We also accept PayPal (3.99% processing fee) and Venmo (2.1% processing fee). Just let us know your preferred payment method when confirming your tour.

What’s the minimum number of participants?

Each tour requires a minimum of 2 people to be confirmed. If you're traveling solo, you can either join an existing group (if available) or cover the cost for two participants to enjoy the tour privately.

What if the weather is bad?

We generally don’t confirm tours if we expect poor weather. If conditions change unexpectedly, we’ll reschedule. If it’s not possible to run the tour at all, we’ll fully refund your payment.

Are the tours suitable for small children?

Some tours, such as the mangrove and turtle excursions, can be a bit long and require sitting still in a boat. These may not be ideal for very young children.

Do you offer transportation?

Yes! We offer both private and shared shuttle services.

From El Paredón, we can help you reach: Antigua, Guatemala City, Panajachel, San Pedro La Laguna, Quetzaltenango (Xela), and even El Salvador (Santa Ana or El Tunco).

We also arrange transport to El Paredón from: Antigua, Guatemala City, Panajachel, and San Pedro La Laguna.

Join our local guide on a peaceful boat ride to one of only seven sea turtle feeding grounds in the world.


Turtles can be seen all year long, slowly surfacing for air in their natural habitat.

During the dry season (December to April), the tour also includes a visit to a traditional salt farm, where you’ll learn about artisanal salt extraction methods.

Good to know:
Baby turtle releases happen from November to January depending on nesting activity.
